Chowder was rich and creamy, the littleneck steamers were perfectly fresh and sand-free in a broth so good I could have drank it. The main course, some grilled scallops and shrimp over risotto was amazing. It came topped with brussel sprouts and root vegetables. Let me tell you... I HATE beets, and wouldn't have ordered this if it said beets on the menu. When it came I was worried I made a terrible choice, but after the first bite I knew my opinion on them had changed. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the risotto was delicious. For dessert: a light lemon cake, which had strong aromas of lemon throughout every bite. I would reorder everything exactly the same, but am tempted to see what other delights await on the menu.October 26, 2016
